concept:
the design is an updated concept of 190 green streetwith modifications in layout, circulation and the design of the rear yard area. the design is a balancing act of the strict nyc regulations for floor area with the less strict rules for height and bulk. our goal was it to give certain areas more height
(17' in living areas) and other ones the standard 8' (bedrooms and bathrooms)
